    I have tried to fill out this form for Pro Support three times now and it always says there is a validation issue, but not what issue. I NEED to discuss a billing issue with you guys ASAP.

    What’s the validation error say? Maybe try in another browser? I just tried the form and it was working for me.

    Firefox. All of the questions on that page are about updraft plus. I thought I was on the metaslider support forum?

    I am a customer of updraft and would hate to get anything mixed up, plus there’s no “other” selection in any of the drop downs on that page.

    How about this. Can you just email me? The order in question is 301796 and it was for metaslider. You should have my email for that account, right?
