It is happening for the last 24 hours already. Waiting support to response on this matter ??

Suddenly it syncronized some of the latests products, but still a lot of new products are not syncing.

Still same problem….sometimes it sync new products that are inserted recently but many others not synced. Definitly needs an urgent fix and update

Hi @lipereira. For the products that are not syncing, could you please share the following details:

• Are any of these products Virtual, Variable or Simple products?
• Do they all have the Facebook Sync setting set to “Sync and show in catalog”?
• Do any of these products belong to a category or have a tag that’s excluded from sync in the WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync settings?
• Do they have all a price set in WooCommerce?

Do any of these products belong to a category or have a tag that’s excluded from sync in the WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync settings? NO

Do they have all a price set in WooCommerce? YES

I did a rollback to version to version 2.0.4 and everything started to sync fine

Hi @lipereira. Thanks for the update. To track why the sync is not working in the new version for you, it would be helpful to take a look at any debug logs. Do you have a debug log by any chance, which you can find in WooCommerce > Status > Logs from when version 2.2.0 was active? Or if you’re fine working with 2.0.4 for now, please let me know.
