    Can you tell me why you do not honor your 30 day “100% Money-Back Guarantee” refund policy as stated on your website?

    I purchased the plus membership on the 6th September 2021 and would like to cancel it and receive a refund of my payment.

    I have sent you 3 messages via your website informing you of this but have had no response. I’m guessing your tactic is to wait until after 30 days have passed and then say you never received any messages from me.

    We do not have this tactic at all. I process refunds as quickly as possible. I will look for your email now and move forward with your refund.
