    I host many sites, and I try to use Hummingbird for all of them, but MANY have this error, but not all. We’re running on LiteSpeed, so I don’t know if that matters. What do I need to do to resolve this?

  • Hi @lionsmane,

    You will need to contact your host support for enabling the required modules.

    Yes, they have confirmed that all of these are enabled. I’m on LiteSpeed, but it still pulls Apache settings – and all are properly enabled.

    @lionsmane,

    Could you please post a few URLs of sites so I can check?

    Lionsmaneproductions.com
    Markhughesmassage.com
    Bene-corp.com
    ..and many others.

    Strangely, brightwealthllc.com is on the same server, but it does NOT give this error.

    @lionsmane,

    I have checked all the sites, all have browser caching enabled for every type, except HTML. Please try enabling this option in your php.ini:

    zlib.output_compression = On

    Also, you will need to click “Re-check status” button after any changes to update the status.

    This was not enabled, so I enabled it and ran the re-check. I still get the same error. ?

    @lionsmane,

    I don’t see any issues from my side. Maybe the server is blocking the check somehow. The API returns correct values for each cache type (except HTML), but HTML is not even used on the plugin side. Hummingbird should be displaying proper values. Could it be that the incorrect value is cached somewhere? Maybe try clearing all the caches on the server.

    Best regards,
    Anton
