    Hello,

I have two problems with the theme.

The Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin displays an error.

Your site could not complete a loopback request

Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.

The loopback request returned an unexpected http status code, 429, it was not possible to determine if this will prevent features from working as expected.

It’s obviously a theme issue, because when I disable all plugins the error persists, but when I change the theme, it doesn’t report this error anymore.

    Please help

    Thank you

I have two problems with the theme.

Sorry, the second problem was about something else, I just forgot to delete it here.

    Hello,

We are very sorry for the late response, seems like we missed it completely.

We have tried to replicate the issue in our testing environment, but we are unable to replicate it as shown in the screenshot below

The issue might be raised due to the third-party plugins that you have used so, please check it once by deactivating the third-party plugins one by one and let me know.

    Hope this helps

    Hello,

OK. Nothing happens. This problem is not acute, as it has no visible consequences (that is, I have not noticed any)

However, I tried it now, and the error also appears in the WP default theme. I don’t know what to think about it? The error is obviously at the WP level and has nothing to do with the theme/plugin.

    Hello,

The issue has not been raised by the theme, so please reinstall WordPress to the latest version on your server.

Also, sometimes hosting blocks the resources that might generate this type of error, so please contact your server, and they will assist you in solving the problem.

    Hello @manjilnepali1

I apologize for the delayed response.

    Reinstalling WordPress had no effect.

However, they answered me from the web hosting support.

Unfortunately, I don’t know what exactly the plugin is testing. Calling wp-cron.php is limited on Webzdarma so that it is only called a few times a day. According to the description, it could be it. If so, it does not affect the functionality. Instead of being called every time the page is loaded, it is called only a few times a day. The reason is abuse for attacks on WP.

So I would probably close it.

Like I said, I haven’t noticed any issues with the site’s functionality.

    Anyway, thank you

    Hello,

If you have any confusion or queries in future, please let me know and I will be back.

    Regards
