• I’ve just started to receive errors from WordPress relating to a potential issue with the E20R Utilities Module.

I used the import function earlier today ad all seemed to be OK. I’m not seeing any issues with the site as such but receiving notification of any sort of error message is concerning.

Has anyone else seen similar? Is it related to the recent update to WP 6.5 perhaps? Any other thoughts?

The error received is as follows:

    Hi!

WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, E20R Utilities Module.

First, visit your website ([Link Removed]) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://[site]/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.5
Active theme: Beaver Builder Child Theme (version 1.0)
Current plugin: E20R Utilities Module (version 2.3.3)
    PHP version 8.1.27

Hi, and thanks for this problem report, and my apologies for the issue. Out-of-Memory (OOM) errors _tend_ to come as the result of an action or filter looping unexpectedly. Not sure what or why would be causing it right now, but to troubleshoot I would need to know more about your setup.

Things like the other active plugins / add-ons you’re using, the theme/child theme.

Am not in front of my computer right now, so can’t dig into the code atm, but will take a look asap.

If you’re not using the import plugin actively, I’d suggest disabling it and the utilities plugin for now.
