I am getting the error below when I update another plugin (Codisto Linq). Codisto works fine with the older version, but I need to deactivate WPForms to get it to work with the updated version. Below is the error from WPforms.

  • Hi @thriftysigns,

I’m sorry you’re running into this error! It’s strange that this is displaying for you, but also this particular type of error shouldn’t cause anything in your forms to stop working (or do forms keep working, and this other plugin breaks?)

In order to hopefully get a better idea of what’s going on — when you get a chance, could you please set up error logs? Our guide walks through all the details.

Any details you might be able to share from that would be super helpful!

And in case it helps to mention, the code referenced in the error above (Class ‘AM_Deactivation_Survey’) will be removed in our next update — which we’re hoping to be able to release within the next week or two. However, I do believe there’s something else going on here and so the full error log should still be helpful.

    Thanks!

It is actually the other plugin that breaks. WPForms works just fine (and has been for over a year now). I am most likely going to remove the other plugin in a few days anyways, as I really don’t need it anymore. If I still have problems (which I don’t believe I will), I will send the error logs. Thanks.
