    Thanks so much for raising this issue to us, and sending over the stack trace, that’s super helpful!

    It looks like when the plugin tries to output the visibility column for a product in your store, it’s not able to look up the WooCommerce product correctly for some reason, and ends up failing further down the chain.

    It would be great to see what product it failed on in order to work out the best solution for you! In order to do so, the easiest way would be for us to add some additional debug logging to the plugin to log the ID of the product that it’s trying to read. Replicate the issue on your site, and then hopefully dig into that specific product to work out why.

    If this sounds like a good path forward, we’ll need to grab some site details and FTP credentials to look at this closely. In that case, please could you raise a support request via our support form so we can speak directly with you?
