Your site is not performing any scheduled database backups.

  • I use a different paid system to backup all my WP clients sites. The High Priority warning statement “Your site is not performing any scheduled database backups.” on the dashboard is inaccurate.

    When viewed by the WP owner/admin it requires me to explain this is inaccurate statement. I should not have to explain why I installed a plugin that provides an inaccurate statement.

    In our ethical WP community we absolutely should promote backups but there should be a option to remove this inaccurate statement by requiring checking “Using other backup method” box in the backup options section.
