    I have been trying to contact your support through your https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/

    Link I have a premium subscription. Whenever I try to do anything with your plugin, the only thing I’m asked is to pay more money and get more subscriptions, I feel that you only do this for people to bay more money for the same service over and over.

    Please cancel everything I have with you and refund me my money!

    Hi,

    Can you de-install the current plugin and replace it with a copy from our install guide here – https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/

    You can download the premium base file in step 2. After installing the file, you should be able to continue the rest of the steps.

    Hi Sam,

    I have been talking to you through my colleague who is picking up your messages through social media and through the support desk. My colleague forwarded a screenshot provided by you and it looked like you had not installed the Premium plugin: https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/ and this was why your add-on was not available.

    I will mark this as resolved as we are not able to provide support for Premium users through this channel due to WordPress regulations but I am more than happy to continue the conversation through the support desk.
