    Hi I am trying to send a support question on your site but the form tells me I have not read the documentation, but I have, several times. I also clicked those links next to the form again and again and ticked the box, but it will not let me send my question. I also tried to ask about your form sending-problem thru your normal contact form, but that thinks a am spam and deleted my question! I am not spamming, have checked my IP and it is not blacklisted. (Was the problem I used the word “link” in my question in the contact form?)
    How can I get in touch!?

    I want to ask about a strange behaviour with gravity forms. I have done a lot of testing and have log files and everything ready for you. But you don′t want it to be put here… Can I email??

    I’m sorry to hear that.

    The support request form works. If it didn’t accept your request, then please re-read the error message carefully and follow its instructions.

    I also clicked those links next to the form again and again and ticked the box, but it will not let me send my question.

    The point of that is not just to click the links, but to follow the steps listed before submitting the form. If it says that something was missed, then it is correct…something was missed. We regularly run tests and review the logs to make sure everything is working properly. We’ve reviewed the logs in this case as well and can confirm everything is working properly.

    All support requests need to go through the support page, not the contact form. (The contact form will not accept plugin support requests.)

    Since we do log all requests, we’ll have tech support email you and help you look into things.

    Hi, I got your email reply to my support-form-question (it got thru anyway, good) and your answer quickly solved the mystery I been trying to figure out for weeks!! I am super happy about your long and informative answer. (There are no problems with any plugins, we had a technical server setup that was not correct. I could never have figured that out myself.)

    This is solved and we will continue using your excellent plugin to avoid ugly captcha.

    (About your support form, as far as I understand I followed every step, but I did it before going to the support form page and as I was checking for problems I emptied all chache and cookies many times over, so maybe your form did not see what I already had done before? Well, you got it anyway so I am happy!)
