Your system has not recognized that i have another licence for lifetime ?

In past, i purchased Colormag 10 licence with an year of free support and download. After different month i have purchased All Themes Plan (Lifetime Premium Support and Updates) × 1 in June 10, 2020 with a lifetime support and updates. Now i have received an email that write about the renew of my old Colormag 10 licence. It is an error. I have purchased after the 10 licence the licence for all themes support and update. I have not to pay or i have to paid. Why you send me this email. Your system has not recognized that i have another licence for lifetime ? I have spent 249 $ for the new licence.
