    Hello,

I keep getting this e-mail that says that my website has a technical error which is with the Woocommerce Paypal Payments Plugin. It sends me this page:
    https://planetplushprints.de/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1651882884.2964169979095458984375
unfortunately I’m not very good with this web stuff, so I have no clue what’s wrong.
On my page, I can’t see an error. Unfortunately, I can’t check if paypal is working because I don’t have any customers yet and I can’t pay myself with my own account…
I already de-installed and installed the plugin.
    Any idea what`s wrong here?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @planetplushforum,

From the Checkout page, it looks like your PayPal account has not yet been fully connected to the plugin. So the first step would be connecting your account.

On the PayPal developer site, you can also create a sandbox seller and buyer account.
This way you can test all features of the integration without moving any real funds and before going live with it.

The best way to connect your account is with the integrated onboarding wizard as this will automatically configure everything for you.

But could you maybe share the contents of the email with us? It should usually contain an error message which gives us a better idea about the reported error.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi!

I had connected the account but I did that again now with the onboarding thing.
But I keep getting the e-mail.
I can share the e-mail with you but it’s in German. The error page is the one I already posted above.

    Hallo!

    WordPress-Version 5.9.3
    Aktives Theme: Vogue (Version 1.4.72)
Aktuelles Plugin: WooCommerce PayPal Payments (Version 1.8.0)
    PHP-Version 7.4.29`

Also I just had a friend order now, they got an error message in the cart that said:

“Paypal order couldn’t be found in WooCommerce session”

Then she got an e-mail that confirmed her order although she wasn’t able to pay.
I also got an e-mail that just said that there was a failed order.

    Hi @planetplushforum,

Apologies for getting back just now.
The upcoming update should help with the reported issue and will be released sometime later this week if all goes well. I assume the order was manually created?
There is also a pre-release version available on Github if you would like to give it another try.
This error should be resolved now for manual payments at least so I hope it helps!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi again,

    Has it been released?
Unfortunately I noticed that another plugin, unfortunately an essential one, the cookie banner (called consentmanager), is somehow interfering with the Paypal payments plugin.
I’ve already told the office where my cookie banner is hosted, but their measures did not help …

    Hello @planetplushforum

the release 1.8.1 was done on May 31st.

If you want us to have a closer look into the plugin conflict it would be best to get more details on how we could reproduce the issue and possibly your system report/logs to review.
If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well)

    Kind regards,
    Joost
