“Your website has a technical problem”

Hello!

I am using theme Oshine for my WordPress website , now I get daily emails that my website has a technical problem, my theme “Oshine” is causing a fatal error. The mails say it’s on the page “www.sandrametzbauer.com/wp-login.php”, and I cannot login normally anymore. There is a special link to a recovery mode of wordpress where I can login, but I have no idea what I have to do to get my website functioning again.

The theme and all plugins are updated.

I am just working over WordPress Dashboard, I do not have a ftp program and my website scills are very basic, I’m normally just copying things and not writing codes.

I hope there is somebody that can have a look at my website and help me..
