Hi there! It looks like Jetpack is having trouble reaching your site’s XML-RPC file. Jetpack (and other plugins and apps) use this file to communicate with your site.

Can you contact your hosting provider and explain to them that we are unable to access your site via cURL?

You can let them know we tested the following:

    1. Check for access to xmlrpc.php via browser:
      https://www.arabeskrap.gen.tr/xmlrpc.php

That test returned XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only. which is a valid result

    2. Check for access via cURL by running the following command from the command prompt:
      curl -i -H 'Content-Type: text/xml' --data '<?xml version="1.0&"?><methodCall><methodName>demo.sayHello</methodName><params></params></methodCall>' 'https://www.arabeskrap.gen.tr/xmlrpc.php'

The cURL test returned the following invalid result:

curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

Please provide the information above to your hosting provider so that they can correct the server settings to allow cURL access. Once that is resolved, then you can try to connect Jetpack once agian.

Please let me know how that works for you! And if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

@emirhanoruc06 Could you send an email to your hosting provider, isimtescil.net, with a link to this thread? They should be able to understand the problem and fix it for you.
