• Suddenly, all my blogs (self-hosted .com domains) have this message:

“Your WordPress.com account is not authorized to view the stats of this blog”

Stats have been working fine until suddenly today – no more stats.

This is for blogs where I have upgraded to 3.1 and for some I have not.

What can I do to fix this?

  • Alright, we’re back in business! Well, at least, I downloaded the JetPack plugin. Love the bar graph better than the line graph anyways. =)

    Nope, mine’s still out.

The timing on my stats are wrong. On the graph, its at -4 hours, but under “Top Pages and Posts”, its way off, like 6 hours ahead. When will WP.org or someone fix this?

Mine’s out too.. Only getting the short message, not the one suggesting that my stats are still being counted.

Am resisting the urge to go to jetpack and hanging tight for WP to fix it.

Mine’s out since this morning. I installed JetPack, which is pretty neat. I will try reactivating my WP Stats plugin tomorrow to see the status.

my wordpress.com stats still not working until now, march,18 @ 8:10pm Philippine time ??

It’s a known issue & wordpress.com are working on it.

Ooops, just noticed the last comment before I posted my previously edited message.

Add me to the list, I just noticed it now.

mine is still not fixed either.

C’mon guys and lasses. Yes, WordPress should have posted a more informative message yet we know what a great platform this is. I lost my stats whilst my blog surged to 2000 pages per day this weekend. Irritating, for sure, but i’m not too concerned because i’m 100% sure that WordPress will not take more than another day or two to fix the problem. Life will continue:)

Mine are still out. Attempted a switch to JetPack. JP works on two of my blogs, but not my main blog (of course). Frustrated and hoping today brings an answer.

Tried installing jetpack on one of the smaller sites to test it out – but when I click jetpack there’s not a section on stats. I may be having a slow day.

    Thank goodness for Google Analytics.

My Stats coming and going over the last 48 hours, with a changing message: ‘Your WordPress.com account (name) is not authorized to view the stats of this blog.’ First with an additional ‘apology’ that Stats seemed to be ‘broken’ for some users, and that WordPress was trying to fix it, now nothing else…

I agree that a staff member should post something here.

Me too, a few days ago my stats were looking all weird and different, then that went back 2 normal. Now I get this. OK, so the fix is deinstall stats and install new jetpack? I’ll do it after the spring break.
