• hence I will use this forum to post my issue again. I had purchased the full bundle and was about to update my license but first I want a solution for this one:
    The instant messaging plugin is causing error notices that fill up my error log as soon as either the messaging tab is opened on the user’s profile page or as soon as the chat box is opened.
    It looks like this:

    [11-Aug-2016 06:17:09 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in …/wp-content/plugins/um-messaging/core/actions/um-messaging-ajax.php on line 190
    [11-Aug-2016 06:17:09 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in …/wp-content/plugins/um-messaging/core/actions/um-messaging-ajax.php on line 190

    So, in a few seconds I get about 400 error log entries of the above kind. What can I do about it? And will you answer my ticket eventually? After more than 3 weeks I have been waiting and 5 email replies trying to get an answer??

    Hi,

    Can you please reply to your support email with the text “For the attention of Calum” so I can find your ticket in our helpdesk.

    We answer support tickets on a daily basis mon-fri but don’t provide support over the weekend.

    Yes. We could solve the issue.
    For anyone reading this, please disregard my statement. It must have been a problem with email delivery. UM do answer their tickets.
