You're Subscribed To — shows incorrect value

I have WPDiscuz 3.0.2 installed (upgraded from v 2.x).

The new subscription bar at the top of the comment stack, I have it enabled to allow both

New Follow Up Comments
New Replies to My Comments

When I click the dropdown, and select “New Replies To My Comments” then click the button with the arrow, I get the confirmation and then here is where I have unexpected behavior:

Expected result:

just below the dropdown I expect to see:

You’re subscribed to new replies to my comments | Unusbscribe

Observed result:

it says

You’re subscribed to new follow-up comments

To reproduce:

If any | Unsubscribe link shows, click it so that the dropdown looks like this:

Select the 2nd option:

(verify that the check mark is now next to the New Replies to My Comments):

Now click the > button.

The page reloads for me and now it looks like this:

It is not possible to select “New Replies To My Comments” — because I’m already subscribed to that, which is expected.

If I now subscribe to the New Follow Up Comments:

It should show both and 2 unsubscribe links?
