You’re trying to charge me for something that was cancelled in 2017!?!?!

I have just received an email from Paypal informing me that you are trying to charge me again for a subscription that was cancelled in 2017.

Thankfully it’s from an old Paypal account that is no longer funded.

Care to explain exactly what you think you’re doing here?

This is extremely dodgy behavior from you and I demand that you stop immediately.
