Youtube and Soundcloud are being erased from Blogger import. HELP.

I’m importing a blog from Blogger to WordPress and it keeps stripping out all the embedded content.
I know very little about code, but I read that commenting out these lines

// Post filtering
	#add_filter('content_save_pre', 'wp_filter_post_kses');
#add_filter('excerpt_save_pre', 'wp_filter_post_kses');
#add_filter('content_filtered_save_pre', 'wp_filter_post_kses');
}

would make it stop filtering, but it hasn’t worked.

Can someone please tell me how to stop wordpress filtering my posts?
