YouTube API Key Error with Gallery

I am running into an issue with the gallery layout. I have the most updated version of your plugin, and we’re running the Kallyas Child theme version 1.3.
I am getting this error:
Sorry, there was a YouTube API error: Received HTTP code 301 from proxy after CONNECT
I have watched the video on setting up an API key multiple times, following all of the instructions to the letter. The only thing I can figure is that my YouTube channel with the gallery I am wanting to embed is a company account/user and I can only create an API key from my personal Google account.
Help!
