I have been using Presto Player for some years and on a number of sites. On all of them it works fine until just recently on one of my sites. On the one in the link the ‘View On YouTube’ button and other YT furniture now shows. The style in Presto Player is set ‘Default’ but changing this makes no difference, YouTube is overriding with its own display. I’ve just run a check and found it is specific to this site. Any ideas as to why this is occuring?
    Thanks, Tim

  • Hello there,

Thank you for reporting on this.

As checked, it seems the Youtube URL you added is incorrect or not working. Here is the screenshot – https://d.pr/i/6z80SX

Kindly try to re-embed the Youtube URL and see if works.

Can you tell me the url for the page you screenshotted? Thank you.

The problem is not occurring on a specific video but on ALL the videos embedded in this site. For example:

    https://tangoe14.co.uk/guest-teacher-hernan-brusa-on-saturday-22-july/

    https://tangoe14.co.uk/guest-teacher-soledad-nani-on-saturday-15th-july-co-presented-with-queer-tango-london/

    Hello there,

    Thank you for the update.

I’m pleased to hear that everything is working perfectly fine, except for the “Copy Link” feature. I understand that we don’t have direct control over this particular functionality. However, in our Pro version, we offer an excellent alternative solution that addresses this issue. You can check out a screencast demonstrating the Pro version’s capabilities here: Screencast Link.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We are here to provide you with the best possible support and solutions.

Thank you for choosing our service, and we look forward to assisting you further.

No, it’s not working properly at all. The Presto Player is making no difference at all. Look at that great big ‘Watch on Youtube’ button. Why is Presto Player not concealing that? I have created this page to demonstrate how Presto Player is not working: https://tangoe14.co.uk/youtube-video-embed-test/

    Hello,

Still checking on this and update you soonest.

    Thank you for your patience.
