    Hi @housegrafic,

I’m assuming that you already have the YouTube integration enabled under Complianz -> Integrations -> Services, but these embeds are not blocked yet?

Does this happen to concern a YouTube implementation by your theme, or by a specific pagebuilder; as opposed to a simple iFrame embed or the default YouTube embed in pagebuilders such as the Gutenberg/Classic Editor?

If you already have the YouTube integration enabled in Complianz, and if this concerns a YouTube implementation from your theme or a specific page builder; this might require a separate Integration with the YouTube implementation of that specific theme/pagebuilder before these can be blocked correctly.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hey Jarno,

at the moment the video is integrated as a content element of my theme (Avada).
The YouTube integration in Complianz is already activated. How do I create a separate integration with the YouTube implementation for the theme?

    Thank you and best regards

    Hi @housegrafic,

Right, I think the Avada implementation of YouTube embeds differs from the standard WordPress implementation. And therefore the default YouTube integration in Complianz likely does not work to fully block the Avada implementation yet.

I will add this to our roadmap for consideration in a future release of the plugin, but this is not explicitly supported in Complianz for the time being.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi @housegrafic,

As a quick update: possibly these YouTube video’s can be blocked, but aren’t currently blocked because of the “Lazyload for iFrames” being enabled in the Avada settings. Could you try if disabling that option helps to block these YouTube videos?

    Kind regards, Jarno
