Youtube Embed not working

  • In the past I have been able to scheduled post in WordPress a scheduled video in YouTube, and the video would show up in the wordpress post.

    Now all I am getting is

    Sorry, this content could not be embedded.

    it is a scheduled public video. It was working, now it isn’t.

    I am on wordpress 6.6.2 and using the Customizr Theme.

    I know that the video’s aren’t published yet. Would that have an issue with the new version?

    What was changed to make it not embedded?

    Could you test with a published video and see if you get the same result?

    Having a similar issue. I can embed if I put the video to public now, but can no longer embed scheduled videos. I can’t tell if something changed on YouTube or on WordPress.

    This is being looked at?here and you may follow along and/or add further thoughts.

    You can also test for a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the defaults (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
