Hi,

The plugin works right up until you click on a thumbnail video to play in the player. It opens the video up in Youtube and not in the top area.

Your site uses a CDN and the CDN updated some files of the plugin but not all. Try to refresh the CDN cache to load the latest version of all files of the plugin.

Hi,

I’ve done a refresh of the CDN and even turned off the CDN functionality and the same thing still happens. Any other suggestions?

And have you refresh or delete the cache of W3 Total Cache before refresh or turn off the CDN?

Same problem. Thumbnail Video opens in You Tube, not in the player. I don’t use a cache plugin. Please give a suggestion what could be wrong.

Update: I “fixed” the problem by making some tweaks to the plugin and loading the videos on a different way. However, the problem was still there (https://www.taniadejong.com/media/videos/)
