YouTube Logo Showing on Some Computers

  • Hi,

    I am using the plugin on this site https://facethecrowd.co.uk/new/ to display the background video on a a couple of sliders. Everything is working great apart from on some computers, none that I have seen yet but my client has sent screen shots, the YouTube logo is showing in the bottom right of the screen for about 5 seconds. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Hi Richard,
    I’m not able to reproduce the issue on your site. Can you provide the browser, the OS and the version used by your clients when the issue happened.

    Hi Matteo,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    Neither am I, this is the frustrating thing. I have tested on multiple computers, browsers, operating systems and I am yet to witness the YouTube logo appearing yet my clients insists it is happening on computers he has tried it on. Incidentally they have all been on the same network, personally I don’t know how that could affect it but I am not an expert. The browser and operating system which my client is seeing it is Firefox and Chrome, MAC Operating systems 10.9.5 and 10.11.5.

    Do they have specific Youtube plugin installed on those browsers?
