YouTube Longlink not working

    Hi,

    I’m not sure when this happened (i update whenever there is updates available, so i can’t identify if it happened with a specific version) but now none of my sermons will display the YouTube embed unless we use the YouTube shortlink.

    So for EG, in the video link section of the sermon manager, when I paste “https://youtu.be/6xq1cqwQisU” then the video will work. If I paste “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xq1cqwQisU” then this doesn’t work and the player says “An error has occured.”

    Is there a simple fix for this? Is this a plugin issue or my issue? I sure would hate to have to go back through all of my Sermons and replace the normal YouTube links with the shortlinks!

    There was a fix regarding YouTube links in Sermon Manager 2.13.4.
    Are you using that version at the moment and can you confirm that the issue is still present?

    When I made this post originally, this update wasn’t yet available. However it is now available and after updating this has fixed my issue.
