    Hello,

    I’ve been battling with something.
I installed tutor LMS and I recorded my course and uploaded it to Youtube and put them on Unlisted.

But when viewing the course on a course page, it’s playing as if I’m streaming YouTube.com videos and not a course on Tutor.

I don’t know but this screenshot might help explain further and if there’s anything I need to do–> https://prnt.sc/1x049th

I have another tutor LMS powered site where all videos really display well and one can’t really right-click on the video. I have compared my settings and configuration and everything looks the same, I’m wondering why this new site is giving me headaches.

    Please, any help

  • Hello @mybrandreview,

Please navigate to Tutor settings > general tab and disable the option for YouTube player then save settings. This shall resolve the issue and disable right click on videos. Remember to clear cache completely so the changes reflect on the frontend.

    Hello,

I have done that already but it never worked.

I don’t what is wrong. I’ve contacted my host they did server-side caching clearing.

I have cleared caches on my WordPress multiple times but even with all that, the YouTube Video is the only thing playing. I uploaded the videos to Vimeo to use but Here’s what I as it seems it’s not supporting Vimeo. —> https://prnt.sc/1x4qsrd

I know you might want to ask me to check this –> https://prnt.sc/1x4r8cf

    All these doesn’t work.

Please, what else can I do?

    Hello @mybrandreview,

YouTube or Vimeo option has to be enabled from Tutor settings > course tab but not from general tab.

You can send us email to support at themeum dot com and we will take a closer look at your issue.
