    Hello! thanks for this plugin!

I have a page with 29 “single video” shortcodes from YT channel, each in a separate gutenberg block (shortcode type).
Below them I have a “playlist shortcode” in a gutenberg block. It won’t show, it looks like it doesn’t finish to render the playlist.

    BUT

If I put the playlist shortcode at the beginig of the single video shortcodes, it renders perfectly.

Thing is I need the playlist at the bottom of the page.
Also, if I put the playlist in a different page (new), it show nicely too.

    What’s wrong??

    THANK YOU!!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cristobal-barrientos,

Looks like you are running an older version of the Feed Them Social free plugin. Please update to the latest version (currently 2.9.1). After you have updated, clear the FTS cache (Feed Them > Settings > Global Options > Clear All FTS Cache).

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, then it’s possible that another plugin or theme may be interfering. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating each plugin, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.

    THANK YOUU!

I deactivated some plugins, unfortunately not all of them, since they are essential for client’s site to work.

Nevertheless, I would like to remind you that the playlist shortcode DOES work, only not in the same page with the “single video” shortcodes. If I make a new page with the playlist shortcode, eveything is OK, even if I put the playlist ABOVE all the “single video” shortcodes. Its when I insert it at the bottom of the page content, that it won’t show…

I did install latest version of the plugin, and clear caché and nothing happened.
    What could it be!!

    Hi @cristobal-barrientos,

If you could send us your shortcodes for us to test on our end, that would be great. Please email them to support@ slickrmeix.com

    Best regards,
