Youtube Plugin Not awarding Points

    I have downloaded and setup gamipress and the youtube extension but it is not triggering the watch any video event or awarding any points. I have most other plugins disabled and I am not sure what to do.

    There are 2 things to keep in mind:

    1) Plugin just works with youtube videos placed through the [gamipress_youtube] shortcode (or through the block version)
    2) Just will award for fully watch the video, if user stop watching the video before end, then won’t get awarded

    I have done that on every post. It seems to not matter how I do it. It still does not trigger the youtube event.

    I’ve tried using the full address of the youtube video and just the ID portion.

    Hi @soundsnerdy

    Looks like you have correctly setup everything so is posible your issue comes from a javascript conflict

    There are 2 things you need to check:
    1) Do you have a cache plugin? If yes, try to deactivate it to ser if your issue gets fixed
    2) check if there is another plugin causing javascript errors (just open your browser console, commonly pressing F12)
