YouTube Thumbnails Not Showing

    Hi – the embedded YouTube videos stopped showing the thumbnail and instead display a black screen with the play button. The video shows the thumbnail on YT and when I directly add the YT link to the site. It’s only with the shortcode that the thumbnail disappears. Thanks for your help.

    Hi @turkeyburg,

    edit your shortcode and set controls to 0 or 1. Example:

    [su_youtube_advanced controls="1"]

    It seems YouTube does not support controls=2 anymore. I’ll remove this value in the closest update.
