Youtube thumbs

Hi all,

i am about to switch from Cmdev to WordPress for my site but i have a doubt on how to arrange videos.

As you can see in my site (www.ildeboscio.com) i have a 7rows x 3columns grid table in wich there are thumbs of latest inserted videos and if you click one, then it will open a page with the embedded video.

All i want to know is: how i can do this with wp? Does a plugin like that exist?
