Youtube Title Change not Reflected…

I have the “show title” option enabled for this plugin… When I change the titles of videos from youtube, the old titles remain with the show title option enabled… The new titles show on the videos while they’re playing and you hover over them, but not underneath the video thumbnails… the old titles remain there.. Any ideas?
