Youtube video not opening in fancybox

  • Hello,

    It was working find until i updated WordPress. Now when I click a link with YouTube link, the link redirect me to YouTube website instead of opening it inside the Fancy lighbox.

    I tried to deactivate all the existing plugins but same results.

    Any idea how to fix it please ?

  • Hi, there are a lot of script errors occurring (you can see them in the browser console, usually opened with F12). They seem to be related to jQuery Isotope, a script library that is included in your theme.

    The library version is Isotope v1.5.19 and depends on the main jQuery library. I’m guessing that the old version 1.5.19 is probably incompatible with the jQuery version included with WordPress.

    That latest version is 3.0.6 which you can find here https://unpkg.com/[email protected]/dist/isotope.pkgd.min.js … you could try to update the theme file wp-content/themes/insight/js/jquery.isotope.min.js with the content of this latest version.
