Youtube-video on posts-frontpage with a wordpress.com blog

Iam hoping somebody know a way to do this and help me ??

Iam hosting a blog at wordpress.com (https://firstmover.eu/) and ive been trying to get embedded youtube-videos in my posts, to show up on the front page of the blog (in the posts-roll).

Ive tried putting the youtube-video on the “excerpts”field, but since i cant install the iframe-plugin it doesnt seem to do me alot of good.
At least i get to see the hyperlink to the youtube-video, but the video itself doesnt who up on the frontpage like it does inside the post itself.

Ive also read that its possible to edit the index file, but thats also not something that i can do with a wordpress.com hosted blog.

Does anybody know of some way i can resolve this issue?
