Youtube Video on Website Launch

Hi

Is there any plugin or a way to make it so when users come to your site it the home page is a youtube video that covers up the entire browser. I’m sure some of you may have seen it on many famous artists website and what not but basically when a user goes to a website, the browser is covered in a youtube video that plays automatically. The video isn’t necessarily “full screen,” however its dimensions change to fit the entire websites space.

Also, I would want to make it so it autoplays once the user comes to the website and there is a link on the bottom that says “Continue on to website”

Any suggestions?
