YouTube Video Popups not working

    Hi there,

    In past week the Video plugin for the Popup Maker plugin seems to have stopped working. I have disabled all other plugins and put it on a default WordPress theme and it is still not working properly. We did not change anything on our side, but our dev and live sites stopped displaying the video properly.

    To view the problem, click on the “Play” link at the top of the page shown above. Note that instead of the nice video player, you get a nasty YouTube player, and the JS on the pages appears to have broken. There is also a JS error in the console.

    Please resubmit your support request to us at https://wppopupmaker.com/support. We’ve had several issues arise with that plugin extension this week. When you contact us, please provide the url (including permalink, if necessary) on which the popup is supposed to appear. I want to inspect your site and see whether the issue you are encountering is the same or different from what was reported to us earlier. It may be necessary to involve the plugin developer in resolving your ticket. It will be easier to do that via the support forum at the link above.
