YouTube video won’t load

I’ve added a YouTube video as a test (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EngW7tLk6R8) and added the shortcode into an ACF WYSIWYG field. The video is displaying as only black, but if I click on it, it shows YouTube’s very low-resolution “three dots” graphic. I cannot send the URL publicly but please let me know if I should send it to you somehow.
