Youtube Videos can’t be loaded

    Hi,

    I have the issue, that since some weeks the youtube videos on the front page can’t be loaded via the simple lightbox. You can find the videos on the top of the page (the three little thumbnails on the right side).

    If you click on the thumbnails, the lightbox appears with a loading animation and that is all what happens. I can see, that an ajax request was triggered, which ends with an error:

    code: 403, message: “SSL is required to perform this operation.”, status: “PERMISSION_DENIED”

    Has someone an idea, why this error appears?

    Hi, please make sure you have updated to the latest version of the SLB’s Video Extension.

    If you are still experiencing an issue once the latest version has been installed, please create a new ticket on SLB’s Extensions Support Forum, as this forum is only for the main SLB plugin, per WordPress’ guidelines.

    Hi,

    at the moment the following versions are installed:

    Simple Lightbox: 2.8.1
    Simple Lightbox: Video Handler: 0.2.0

    Is there an update for the Video handler plugin?

    Yes, the Video extension has been updated. An email is sent out for every update, but you can also download the latest version using the link in the original confirmation email.
