YT – Don't show suggested videos when the video finishes

Why hello there!
I just installed the plug in and I must say tht I like it. I’d like to know if there’s any way to set an option to tell the plug in not “Show suggested videos when the video finishes”.
If a donation is required to make that change, let me know.
