That is problem returned from host (your server), when WordPress send HTTP request to Google’s server. You should contact server admin to help.

YTC plugin request from WordPress to contact https://www.googleapis.com and get details about feed. We use native WordPress command wp_remote_get() to retrieve content from Google.

i believe we have to add the SERVER API key not the browser.. thats what i did and mine worked.
