Since yesterday’s update, orders cannot be completed because payment does not work.

Do you have a solution for that?

Taking a look at the site, and adding a test product to the Cart, I see you have quite a few different payment gateways available:

Which one(s) are you seeing an issue with? Are you receiving any error messages when trying process transactions?

You never mentioned which specific gateway you were having issues with.
I see you have several different gateways via Stripe, as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay — which one is giving you issues?

If the trouble is with Stripe, I do see that your System Status Report mentions this:

I see your URL shows https, but that message in the report would indicate there is some issue with your SSL certificate. SSL is required for using Stripe in live mode.

Please reach out to your hosting company to have them check to make sure your SSL certificate is installed and configured correctly.

Hi,

The payment does not work with the payment options via Stripe.

The page has SSL and https is also currently displayed in the status.

I have checked the database with the plugin better search and replace regarding http and had it replaced with https.

According to the hosting company everything is ok with the certificate.

Where can I still go for troubleshooting?

Thank you for confirming that the issue is with Stripe, and for checking with hosting about your SSL certificate.

As a next step, please enable the debug log for Stripe under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, and then try placing a test order to generate some logs.

After that, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and check the dropdown for an entry from Stripe. Check through the logs, and if you see any error messages, please copy and send them here (please make sure not to include any personal/financial information from the logs).

i have followed your recommendations, but no log file is displayed regarding Stripe. So I deactivated all plugins and found out that the problem is with WP-Mail.

Now I should only know what exactly is causing the error.
Do you have an idea?

I’m glad to hear you were able to narrow down what was causing the problem!

You are referring to this plugin, right? WP Mail SMTP: von WPForms – 2.2.1

It’s hard to say why that might cause an issue with Checkout. My first thought would be either misconfiguration or a code conflict causing the order confirmation mail sending to fail when trying to send via SMTP with that plugin. It looks like support for that plugin should be available here, so I’d recommend reaching out to their team to ask about this:
