Zakra 1.4.9 – udate error

  • Hello,
    Please help me with the Zakra 1.4.9 – udate error. ( from.1.4.7 to .1.4.9)
    I am happy user of Zakra. But today after updating ( 3 hours ago) I have received from WP this info ( below). I can not login neither post nor administrate the website.
    Anybody has had the same problem?

    We are very sorry that you have faced this issue. We have actually pushed an update regarding this issue with Zakra 1.4.9.1. Please update to the latest version of the Zakra theme. If you are not able to access your admin dashboard, you can download the latest zip file from https://www.ads-software.com/themes/zakra/ and update the theme via FTP.

    Thank you for the fast response !
    The problem occured when I tried to update to the latest version of the Zakra theme.
    I can acess admin dashboard via security mode.
    What shloud I do, please? I am not very good at coding ??

    If you are able to access the admin dashboard, you can simply update the Zakra theme and everything should be fine. Do let us know if you have any query or confusion. ??

    Hi again,
    Thank you for the info. The problem occured when I was upadting. The is no option to do it again ( updating). What I tried to do was to uninstall the theme and install it again, what is impossible as error info appears again.
    I will do what I can do with my poor informatic skills.
    If I can not solve it, I write you again if you do not mind.

    If you are still getting the error even after the update, you can try downloading zip file from the link I gave before and upload the zip file and also try clearing the cache. Please do let us know if you have any confusions or queries, we are here to help. ??

    Hi again,
    I would like not to upload from .zip – it is risky al least for me.
    Is it possible do downgrade to lower Zakra version?
    With the older version I am very happy ??

    No problem at all. New versions sometimes have their things to solve.
