Zakra and Woocommerce

  • Hi I have this message on the woocommerce dashboard. I can’t load elementor anymore I don’t know but it could be the reason why.

    I have wordpress 6.1.1 and woocommerce 7.3

    Is zakra still compatible to woocommerce ?

    While checking the site, it is using the oldest version of the Zakra theme i.e 2.0.1 and we already have released the theme version upto 2.1.9. Kindly update the theme to the latest version and check if it fixes the error or not?

    I can’t update in wordpress it’s not available.
    When I dowload from your website its working but I lose all my settings ??

    Could you please elaborate on your query a little more? Previously I have suggested you to update the theme version as it is using the old version of the theme. So kindly update the theme version and it should work on your end.

    Also, while updating the theme you’ll not lose any theme settings. If you have any doubts, you can keep a backup of your site and then update the theme.
