Zakra Critical error get_cart_contents_count()

  • We have been getting this error for quite a long time, even back when Zakra was tied to Themegrille. We add products to the cart via url then skip directly to checkout. We use default woocommerce (up to date) for simple purchasing.

    I have already tried selectively disabling plugins with no success.

    While checking on our setup, we couldn’t replicate the issue you mentioned above.

    In order to better understand the problem, it would be very helpful if you could provide us with a screen recording/video on how we can replicate the issue on your site.

    I don’t seem to be able to replicate the issue myself. So it is quite possible it has nothing to do with the add to cart url when trying to replicate. Would you happen to know what would have the ability to interrupt the get_cart_contents_count() ?
    We do have one php snippet in our functions.php that does empty the cart if another is added, but we are having this same issue on our other website using the Zakra theme and do not have this snippet on it.

    Can you please update the Zakra theme on all of the site using the theme and check if the issues gets fix or not!
