zAlive: remove pages & author from pages

I am newbie when it comes to web scripting and web designing. I also downloaded the latest free version of zAlive. It is very simple, nice and seems easy to learn.

I would also like to remove the date and author from the pages. I found Custom CSS style under Theme Settings but I have no idea what to type. Can anyone please provide me with specific codes that I can just copy and paste? I would really appreciate your help.
