Zapier Create User

I have been searching like crazy and had no luck.

How would one use Zapier to create a New User Account inside WordPress?

The user provides there email address via ManyChat or Text Message which is fed into Zapier. Looking at the way I can get these details across to WordPress so that it creates account and emails them Password details.
