Zapier not seeing custom fields

Hi,
Anyone managed to see WordPress custom fields in Zapier when you conntect the WordPress app up in a Zap?

I have seen some people are using the HookPress plugin but I’m not sure if I have to create a hook per custom field or what to get it to work…

Anyone know how to achieve this?
