• Good Morning,

We having recently installed Zencache, but this conflicts with the “WP Touch Plugin” that we use for the mobile version of the site.

With Zencache activated, when your browsing the site on a mobile device, the desktop version is loaded in error.

As soon as we deactivate Zencache, the mobile version works fine.

Does anyone know a simple fix around this, e.g: only have Zencache working if your browsing the desktop version, so that the mobile site still works for mobile browsers?

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew

  • You just need to add the devices you want to exclude to Plugin Options -> User-Agent Exclusion Patterns

The alternative is to have a fully responsive theme instead of a separate one for mobile; then you wouldn’t need to exclude mobile devices from using the cache.
