Zendesk Tags support?

  • Hey!
    Thanks for this awesome plugin, does the job without too much fuss!

    I’m just wondering if there are plans to add support for Zendesk Tags? Just another shortcode option, really, similar to custom fields. Would make it so much easier to setup some business logic based on tags. Without them we have to rely on fields’ presence to apply any business logic and it’s not always the best scenario.

    Hi @paulfedorov, glad you found the plugin useful!

    It should be possible for us to add tags as an option soon. I will update this thread if/when that becomes available, hopefully in the next update.
